Terms of Service

1. General Terms✧Prices may vary depending on demand and the complexity of each piece.
✧I reserve the right to decline any order if I feel it’s not the right fit.

2. Payment✧All payments are made in USD via PayPal invoice.
✧You can choose to pay 100% upfront, or split it 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.
✧Please wait until I confirm your request before sending any payment — this avoids refund issues later.3. Process & Delivery✧The time to complete a commission usually ranges from 1 week to 3 months, depending on health, detail level, and current workload.
✧If you need the piece done quickly, a rush fee may apply.
✧Once finished, you’ll receive the high-resolution digital file. Please note that no physical item will be shipped.4. Revisions✧You’re welcome to ask for as many edits as you like during the sketch phase — it’s the best moment to shape your vision!
✧After the piece is complete, I can still make small color or lighting adjustments if needed.
✧Larger changes requested after approval may come with an extra fee, depending on how much work they require.5. Copyright & UsageMe, Luísa Leiroz (the artist):
✧I may cancel and refund a commission at any time if necessary.
✧I retain the copyright to the artwork.
✧I don’t claim ownership of your characters or ideas — those always belong to you.
✧I may share the final artwork in my portfolio, social media, or art books to showcase my work.If you wish to use the artwork commercially, we can discuss a license (usually starting at +50% of the base price).You (the client):
✧You may post your commissioned piece on your social media, website, or personal pages, with proper credit.
✧You may not sell, redistribute, or make merchandise from the artwork unless we’ve discussed and agreed on commercial rights.
✧You keep all rights to your original character or concept (IP).
✧Please avoid editing or altering the artwork without permission.6. Cancellation & Refunds✧Once I’ve started working on your commission, full refunds are no longer available.
✧If I’ve only completed the sketch stage, you may request a 50% refund of the total price.
✧If I haven’t started your commission yet, or if I’m unable to take it, you’ll receive a full refund.
✧Please avoid opening a PayPal chargeback — I’ll personally handle any valid refund.

Submitting an unauthorized chargeback will result in the loss of all rights to the artwork, and you will be blacklisted from future commissions.

What I can do :

People, ocs, DnD characters, fan art, fursonas, anthro, character sheet, NSFW(Consult) :)

✧ Portrait / Bust: shows the character from the shoulders up. Includes a simple, character-themed background.✧ Half-Body / Waist-Up: shows the character from the hips or knees up. Comes with a background — detailed backgrounds may increase the price.✧ Full-Body: shows the entire character, often with dynamic poses, backgrounds, and detailed lighting. You can choose between no background, a solid color, or a detailed scene.
